Job Description

w/18308 Our clients, a Legal 500 firm are looking for an experienced fee earner c.3-5pqe whose role will be to obtain compensation against negligent parties on behalf of injured clients. The individual will be a self sufficient fee earner who meets fee income targets and works profitably. They will also act as a team leader and co-ordinator for the RTA pre-issue, RTA post-issue, the First Response and the Recovery and Closure teams. They will manage, monitor and review professional work undertaken by all the above teams. They are interested in talking to people with broad RTA casehandling experience, good IT skills and a strong commitment to providing high levels of client care. Above all the ability to lead, mentor and develop more junior fee earners is considered essential. Salary, benefits and prospects are comensurate with those of a large regional firm.
